Interactive Digital Me

This is the first post back from Christmas and feel it's a big dive into the deep end.
The task requires are to consider who we are as designers and how we want to portray that in the online form whether it be how we conduct ourselves using social media, Facebook, twitter etc, and also how to set up an effective and professional portfolio.
This has interested me heavily as I desire more of an online presence and somewhere to show my work for not only peers and friends to see but possible employers.

Brand Representation

As part of the Context One work we were asked to 'Find a website for a company. From examining that website describe the type of brand that site represents. '

Graze Website

About
‘Graze was started by 7 friends who all share a passion for food.
When we found we couldn't eat the food we loved at work, we asked around and realised there were loads of people just like us.
So we decided to stop playing off-peak foodies and go full time. We took the plunge, gave up our jobs and built the graze kitchen.
We now spend all our time sourcing the foods we love and finding even better ways to get them to you.
We hope you enjoy your graze boxes as much as we do.’

Graze and its media portrayal.
 - a natural/organic incentive to fast convenient snacks. Environmentally friendly.

- Use of earthy organic colours, browns, orange, greens, yellows.

- Illustrated through product pictures and detailed descriptions

- Tagline, ‘ Nature Delivered ‘. Conjours images of a harmony between urban and rural.

 - Charity section, funds farming school in Uganda.

 - Environmentally friendly so no shops required and internet based.

 - Clean, simple, sharp layout and design to reflect fast and easy ethos of the brand. Uncomplicated.
